At Kehinde Adebayo and Associates, we are a team of professional Estate Surveyors and Valuers, fully registered and guided by the standards of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).We provide services in valuation of assets and properties for various purposes, including mortgage, insurance, sale, purchase, accounting, and financial reporting. We also offer estate agency, helping clients to secure the right properties for letting, leasing, purchase, or sale.

Our services extend to property and facility management, ensuring that assets are well maintained, income is maximized, and expenses are properly controlled. Below are description of our services;

We undertake valuation for all purposes using the profession's best pracrice principles. The valuation purposes includes;
Assets Valuation for Companies and Individuals, Mortgage Valuation, Valuation for compensation for Government and Oil Companies, Rental Valuation, Inventory/ Stock Valuations, Insurance Valuation, rating Valuation, compensation Valuation and payment to claimants, sales and purchase Valuation, mergers and acquisition Valuation and Valuation for book value or records.

This basically includes the application of good professional skills and knowledge in the purchase of properties for and on behalf of class_implements or the sales of the client's properties having taken a good precautionary measures to avoid encumberances. We also undertake the management of properties and facilities for individuals and cooperate bodies. We also collect rent, undertake repairs and remit Landlord's dues promptly

We are duly registered with the Certified Institute of Auctioneers, Nigeria (CIAN), ensuring that all our auctioneering services are carried out in line with the highest professional standards and ethics.
